If you're looking for more control over your own brand, we can also offer you the opportunity to fully rebrand your own Contol Panel portal and have it hosted on our servers using your own domain name and your own SSL certificate. We'll even provide you with a dedicated IP from which to run your Control Panel.
The cost for this dedicated, own-branded service is only $29.99 per month, after a once-off $149.99 setup fee. We will provide you with the source code for the white label Control Panel portal, which you can fully rebrand to suit your needs.
Likewise, if you use WHMCS for your ecommerce and billing system, we can show you how to auto-provision your mailboxes directly from your own website.
How does it work?
There are no monthly minimum commitments, but you will not receive a price-break from our standard retail pricing until you exceed reselling 25 mailboxes or more. You can see our reseller pricing HERE.
Reseller payments are only allowable by credit card; the details of which are required to be stored with EzyEXCHANGE and are paid in arrears based on the number of active mailboxes assigned to your Reseller Account. We perform daily audits of our systems, but we will perform an invoicing audit on the 28th of every month, and you will be invoiced for all active mailboxes on the 1st of the following month. This allows you to offer your customers free trials, but as the reseller, you are responsible for deactivating unused accounts prior to the system audit on the 28th, otherwise you will be charged for them.
You will be invoiced on the 1st of each month, with payment being captured from your stored credit card by the 3rd of each month. If payment has not been successful by the 4th of each month, all of your mailboxes will be suspended. If payment has not been received by the 15th of the month, your account will be terminated and all mailboxes will be deleted without further notice or apology.
What about support?
EzyEXCHANGE does not provide direct support to your clients; that's your responsibility. However, we do provide all necessary expert support to you, our Reseller. If there are questions you can't answer or issues you can't resolve for your client, you can expect priority support from us, enabling you to respond promptly to your customers' needs.
Can mailboxes be automatically provisioned?
Absolutely. If you're using WHMCS as your billing system, we can provide you with a server module that will allow you to automate the creation of mailboxes directly from your website. If you're not using WHMCS, that's no problem. Mailboxes can be provisioned by you from within the Control Panel for your clients.
